The documentary that goes the behind the scenes of our new project
For some months now we have been working on opening a food sharing restaurant and a tapas bar with which we want to enrich the Bolzano gastronomic offer. Both will see the light this year, the first in late spring and the second at the end of the summer. We thought that a short film was the perfect way to start telling about them and, at the same time, to tell something about ourselves. Esemdemì 1.0 was born this way. Inside we put our ambitions, our desires and some personal memories, but it was also an opportunity to focus on our idea of gastronomy and reflect on what it means to do it in Bolzano.
